PERFECT PROFILE's identification
and selection methods originated
in 1959 in the USA in Boston, Massachussets. The growth of the tertiary
sector and the clustering of industry around medium and large towns
led to a shortage of experienced managers. The American government
turned towards several university departments specialised in research
on employment evolution, to whom they entrusted the task of finding
processes enabling research and evaluation of the best profiles
of the rural world and the old economy, in order to bring them into
the tertiary sector.
PERFECT PROFILE's methods
were chosen and went on to be used
in the placement of thousands of executives in middle management,
by systemising the investigation,
selection and
seduction stages.
These processes have evolved
somewhat today but are still focused
around the initial idea which emphasises the market value of each
individual through the strengths of the observed success.
Hundreds of recruitment offices, in many organisations around the
world apply these rigourous and systematical methods.
